Frequently asked questions
Can I move my existing Evernote notes over as they are?
Upload the .enex file you exported from Evernote and your notebooks and tags come with it. Markdown, HTML and zip backup files are supported too.
What can I do on the Free plan?
The editor, search, note lock, link sharing, and import and export are all included. Only the limits differ: 500 notes, 10 notebooks, 2 devices and 300MB of storage.
Is there AI or OCR?
Not at the moment. We focused first on writing, organizing, finding and moving notes, and will decide on more based on your feedback.
How long does the opening discount last?
The 50% opening discount is charged exactly as shown in the table. We'll announce the end date later.
What happens to my notes if I cancel or move to a lower plan?
Your notes are never deleted. Notes beyond the new plan's note limit become view-only, and you can edit them again once you are back within the limit. You can export your notes to files at any time.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime in settings. When you move down, the new plan's limits apply and notes over the limit become view-only.
